The New Lo-An specializes in one day and one and a half day trips, both Open Party and Limited Load, as well as private and company charters. Some of our charter groups have been fishing with us for over twenty years! The New Lo-An is the prototype of the modern sportfisher. She is the widest sixty-five footer in California's fishing fleet, and combines a low to the water profile with a very efficient deck arrangement for your fishing enjoyment. Our bunkroom is big and roomy and always clean. The galley is small, seating fourteen at mealtime, but is absolutely spotless and serves great food The New Lo-An is now powered by efficient and clean burning Caterpiller engines that provide the reliability you demand. In the wheelhouse is all the equipment necessary for safety and fishability: Global Positioning System, Scanning Westmar Sonar and Furuno Fishfinders, Single sideband and VHF radios. A crowsnest tops the superstructure to give the crew a stable platform for spotting fish schools. Since the 1998 Summer season, we have added a refrigerated fish hold for daily use and a new and larger bait tank.

New Lo-An has long been one of the premier sportfishing vessels in
Southern California. With a 65 foot length and a 24 foot beam, she
is the most spacious vessel in her class. Extensive renovations over
